It’s CharDUDErie Time! (Video)

A few weeks ago the fine people at Oscar Mayer contacted me, asking if I’d be interested in reviewing a new concept they were promoting called Charduderie, what they defined as “Charcuterie for Dudes”. It’s a step up from the bowl of chips with salsa, this was their new direction of snacking strong.

I agreed but if I was going to review their products for their new appetizer lineup, I was going to go big and also make a sandwich that would be worthy of such strong appetizers.

To celebrate the beautiful weather outside in Los Angeles, I invited a crew of friends over to my rooftop patio to enjoy Oscar Mayer Selects Hot Dogs, grilled the way I like, with my own prepared toppings. While we waited for the hot dogs to cook, we helped ourselves to a number of items from our Charduderie plate.
